How long does it take until I receive my order?

It normally takes 1-2 working days to process your order, depending on the workload. After that, your product will be dispatched and you can expect to receive it within an estimated 3 to 5 working days. Total delivery time is between 4 to 7 working days.

Can I track my parcel?

Can I return my order?

We have a 30-day return period during which the customer can return the parcel without giving a reason. This 30-day period begins upon receipt of the parcel. Please note that the return must be made within 30 days.

I have not received an order confirmation, what should I do?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately after placing your order. This e-mail contains your order number (consisting of at least 5 digits), a summary of your order and the delivery address.

It can happen that the confirmation e-mails end up in your junk or spam folder by mistake. Take the time to check these folders in your email account to see if the confirmation email is there.

If you've checked your spam folder, waited a bit and checked your email address but still haven't received your order confirmation, please contact our customer service team. Give them the details of your order, including your full name and order number, and they will help you confirm the status of your order and send back a confirmation email if necessary.
